Faverixa™ Purchase Terms
Terms and Conditions.
These terms govern purchases submitted through faverixa.com and explain the principal rules that apply to orders, products, payment, delivery, and after-sales service.
Store Operator & Acceptance
Faverixa™ and faverixa.com are owned and operated by Shanghai Shenyuan New Media Technology Co., Ltd.
By accessing the store, submitting information, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the applicable store policies. If you do not agree, do not submit an order.
Eligibility & Accounts
To purchase independently, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required to enter a binding agreement where you live. Otherwise, you may use the store only with a parent or legal guardian.
If you create an account, you are responsible for accurate information, safeguarding credentials, and account activity to the extent permitted by law.
Product Information & Vase Variations
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, weights, materials, finishes, pricing, and availability accurately.
Faverixa™ focuses on decorative vases and home accents. Depending on the design, materials may include ceramic, glass, resin, metal, stoneware, or other materials described on the product page.
Minor differences in glaze, color, texture, surface pattern, decorative detailing, opening shape, dimensions, weight, or assembly alignment may occur within reasonable production tolerances and are not necessarily defects.
Order Submission & Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean final acceptance.
We may reasonably refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of payment failure, unsuccessful verification, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, obvious pricing or product-information error, shipping restrictions, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill the order.
If payment was collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Prices, Taxes & Payment
Prices are displayed in USD unless another currency is clearly shown. Checkout displays applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the final total before payment.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method. Available payment options vary by location and checkout availability.
Processing, Shipping & Delays
Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days, or up to 5 business days during busy periods. Standard U.S. carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If we cannot ship within a promised period, we will provide notice and applicable options, including consent to a delay or cancellation and refund where required.
Returns, Refunds & Damaged Orders
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Contact customer support before sending merchandise back. Approved refunds are normally initiated within 5–10 business days after receipt, inspection, and approval.
Report broken, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different items within 7 calendar days after delivery and provide the requested evidence. No restocking fee applies to approved returns.
Changes, Cancellations & Promotions
Order changes and cancellations should be requested immediately and cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. No cancellation fee is charged for a successful pre-fulfillment cancellation.
Promotions may be subject to expiration, eligibility, minimum purchase, exclusions, usage limits, product availability, and other disclosed conditions. Discounts are not automatically combinable.
Product Use & Care
Use products only for lawful decorative purposes and follow product-specific instructions. Place vases on stable surfaces and keep fragile items away from edges, impact, extreme temperatures, and unsafe locations.
The customer is responsible for determining whether a particular vase is suitable for water, fresh flowers, outdoor use, food contact, or another intended application unless the product page expressly confirms suitability.
Intellectual Property & Customer Content
Faverixa™ branding, website design, photographs, text, graphics, product presentations, and other original content are owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by the operator and may not be commercially copied or exploited without authorization.
If reviews, images, or other content are submitted for publication, you confirm that the submission is lawful and grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format, and use it in connection with operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Where limitation is permitted, liability will be limited to the extent allowed by applicable law and the circumstances of the claim.
Governing Terms, Severability & Contact
These terms are governed by applicable laws relevant to the store operator and the transaction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s jurisdiction.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it.
